You must login and choose your site. Then you choose 'Options' from the menu and choose 'View the code for your website'. |

You have to insert the script between the BODY and /BODY. Except for this, you can place it where ever you want. You can fin the two BODY tags by looking at the html script for your website. The html script is in a file called xxx.htm or xxx.html. To edit the file, you need a standard text editor like ‘Notepad’. Remember, the counter logo must be visible on your site! |

It is in the script to be inserted to your html. It says something like ”ID= ?;”. Your siteid is placed instead of the ?. You may also see the siteId at the top right corner at “Website overview” after login. |

Your login is your email and the password, that you have chosen at signup. You can change the settings by logging in. Then press the link ‘Edit login’. If you have forgotten your password, you can get it from the ‘Login’ page, by pressing the link ‘Forgotten password?’. Type your email address, and the password will be sent to you. |

Hits: We have chosen to define it as one showed page. When someone visits one of your pages, it is registered as one hit by your counter.
Visits: When a person / “computer” visits your website once again that day, it is counted as a visit.
Guests: When a person / “computer” visits your website for the first time that day, it is counted as a guest. |

You can see the statistics by logging in at counter4all, and then choose f.x. 'Dates'. There you have the statistics ordered by days. |

You must login and choose your site. Then choose ’Options’ from the menu. Edit the things you want to change. Then press ‘Save’. By saving, Counter4all automatically takes a new snapshot of your website. |

Login at Counter4all and choose your site. Choose ‘Options’ in the menu, and the press the link ‘Change logo’. Now you can design the logo, that you want. Update the logo by pushing ‘Continue’. |

If no hits are registered at your site for the past 30 days and chosen not to receive emails from Counter4all, it will automatically be deleted from Counter4all. |

Login at Counter4all and choose your site. Then choose 'Options' from the dropdown menu. At this page please place a check at 'Send no email'. Then press 'Save', and you will no longer receive the email. |

Login at Counter4all and choose your site. Then it is possible to reset one page of your site by clicking on 'Reset' on ex. browser. Hereby all hits at browser will be deleted, and the counter will start counting again from the beginning. If you wish to Reset the entire site, choose 'Options' in the menu to the left, and then choose 'Reset this site'. |

Try to insert a new script at your page. It is possible that it has been updated. Login and choose your site. Now choose 'Options' in the menu to the left, and then 'View the code for my site' on that page. |
